AV for the Lecture Theatres

Hire of either lecture theatres come with full AV facilities, including laptop, data projector, screen, laser pointer, 2 lapel microphones, 2 roving/hand held microphones, lectern and linked microphone and audio visual technician.

Individual hire charges for other rooms

  • Free-standing Data Projector & screen - £90.00
  • Use of screen only - £28.50
  • TV Microscope System - £126.00
    (4 to 60 times magnification)
  • Laptop Computer - £100.00
  • Flip Chart Paper Pads - £12.00
  • Display/Poster Boards - £10.00
    Teleconferencing per minute - Standard BT Charges apply
  • Video conferencing facilities per hour - £100.00
  • Complete use of AV facilities inc. AV technician 7hrs - £180.00
    (Excluding video conferencing facilities)
  • Half Day use of AV facilities inc. AV technician 4hrs
    (Excluding video conferencing facilities) - £100.00
  • Use of AV technician after 7hrs per hour - £35.00
  • Hire of AV technician only per hour - £25.00

Wireless voting equipment

  • First 50 Handset £250
  • Extra Handsets £4 per Handset

Business Services

  • Photocopying - £0.20 per sheet
  • UK Fax - £0.55 per sheet
  • International Fax - £1.05 per sheet

 

Clients can bring in their own AV equipment, but 2 Carlton House Terrace will not be held responsible for any malfunction, damage or loss to such equipment.
