Exclusive venue hire: to include all rooms (ideal for wedding receptions) £2,625 (2012 rate £2,704)

Weekend rate: £2,835 (2012 rate £2,920)

All prices quoted are excluding VAT.

A deposit representing 50% of the invoice must be paid on the confirmation of the booking at least 30 days prior to the event taking place. The remaining 50% and any additional cost will be invoiced 14 days prior to the event. All payments within these schedules must be cleared funds.

The College is normally open from 8.00am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Evening and weekend bookings can be made (times to be agreed in advance). There is a surcharge of £250 for weekend opening.

If events overrun the allocated time an additional charge of £50 per half hour before 6pm and £70 per half hour after 6pm will be incurred. Early opening (before 8am) is possible at a charge of £70 per half hour.

Provisional bookings

Provisional bookings will be held free of charge for a period of one month only. No more than two holds can be made for any one meeting. At the end of the month, the bookings will automatically be removed from the system if they have not been confirmed. No contact will be made by the College to clients - the responsibility for extending the period of hold rests
